Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Eaglett Labs ("we", "us", "our") via eaglett.co.uk. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Eaglett Labs provides AI-assisted content creation services, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other platforms)
• Long-form blog articles optimised for SEO
• Short-form video scripts and production-ready assets
• Brand voice strategy and monthly content calendars

The specific deliverables, volumes, and scope are as agreed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to adjust service features with reasonable notice.

2. Subscription & Payment

Our services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis at £500 per month, billed in advance.

• Payments are processed securely via Creem, our third-party payment provider
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
• Prices are quoted in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of services

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@eaglett.co.uk.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the 30-day notice period
• You will continue to receive services and be billed during the notice period
• No partial refunds are issued for the notice period
• We may cancel your subscription immediately if you materially breach these Terms

4. Delivery

We will deliver the agreed content within the timeframes agreed during onboarding and communicated in your monthly content calendar.

• First content batch is typically delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed brief
• Subsequent monthly deliveries follow the agreed schedule
• Delivery timelines are contingent on timely receipt of any required information, approvals, or materials from you
• We will notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delays

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included in your subscription. We will work with you to ensure delivered content meets your requirements. We define "reasonable" as corrections or refinements that fall within the original brief — significant scope changes may be treated as new work.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for each month's services, you own all intellectual property rights in the content we deliver to you, including all text, scripts, and assets.

• Eaglett Labs retains no rights to use, reproduce, or distribute your delivered content
• You grant us a limited licence to use your brand materials solely for the purpose of creating your content
• We may reference you as a client in our own marketing (e.g., "client of Eaglett Labs") unless you request otherwise in writing

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date brand information, briefs, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide to us (e.g., logos, images)
• Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose
• Review and take responsibility for content before publishing it

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Eaglett Labs' total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance metrics from content we produce
• We are not responsible for the performance of any third-party platforms or services

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of these Terms. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or briefs to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Warranties & Disclaimer

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However, our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness of delivered content beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
